Philadelphia now part of "The Franchise Coach".

On April 1, 2007 "The Franchise Coach" acquired a majority shareholding in the Philadelphia Consulting Group, an Auckland-based consultancy specialising in business advisory services.

David McCulloch, "The Franchise Coach" Managing Director, described the acquisition as implementation of a strategy to more obviously raise "The Franchise Coach" profile among corporate businesses within New Zealand, Australasia and the Pacific Basin.

“SME’s will always be our core business, but equally as more corporates introduce franchising to their business structures, it is important for the future growth and development of "The Franchise Coach" to be seen and recognised as having the resources to more than meet the needs of large businesses, particularly at the personnel level where corporate management and directors need to engage with people whose skill sets they can relate to.
